Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A minimum of 2 persons is required for all SIC (Seat-In-Coach) tours unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept payment via Fiuu payment gateway. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

Tour Changes

ITT Vacations Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, traffic, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel insurance, appropriate clothing, and any necessary visas for their chosen tours.
